Return Policy

 We strongly advise you to contact us to make a return request within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure you arrive at the warehouse within 14 days. Please contact us using the My account on alrimaya website or sending an email to [email protected]

If the product contains a security sticker, it must be kept. If the security sticker is removed, then the return of the item will not fulfill our terms of the return policy and will not be returned.

We do not accept products that are damaged as a result of misuse or that show signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check defects and we will repair or replace faulty products at our discretion

For reasons of health, some items are not replaceable or return, such as sleeping bags .......... etc

Guns are not refunded or exchanged after the license issued by the Ministry of the Interior, except on the same day of purchase prior to delivery of the documents to the Ministry of Interior, which is covered by a comprehensive guarantee for one year.

Order Return Process

If you receive your product from our approved shipping companies (SMSA-ARAMEX-DHL-FETCHER) (Samsa - Aramex - DHL - Fetcher ...) After communicating sending the request through alrimaya website or email to [email protected]  will create a return request and sent to customer email, the Airway bill needs to be printed and paste it on the carton.

If you have received your product from one of our stores, you should check the same store or email to us on [email protected] with all details.

After we receive the returned product, we will check for exchange or refund. After the inspection by our technicians that the product meets the conditions of packing and the existence of full accessories, it depends on the report given by our technical team ( Approve or Reject ), if approved we will exchange or refund the product amount. refund will be within 14 days maximum.

If the same product is not available for exchange, we will try to provide replace with another product. we will contact you for an alternative offer.

Warranty, Maintenance and Repair
